Ingredients
6 Tbsp butter
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
2. Melt butter and 2 cups of the chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and glossy.
3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until pale and slightly frothy.
4. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until fully combined.
5. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; fold gently until just mixed.
6. Fold in the remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips for extra gooey texture.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
9. Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
