Description
Healthy 3 Ingredient Yogurt Cake made with Greek yogurt, eggs and fruit. No flour and no added sugar.
Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
4 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe fruit (banana, apple or pear)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix Greek yogurt, eggs and mashed fruit until smooth.
3. Pour batter into lined cake pan.
4. Bake 35–40 minutes.
5. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt.
Use ripe fruit for sweetness.
Store cake in refrigerator.
