This White Christmas Caramilk Slice is a creamy, crunchy no-bake holiday treat made with Caramilk chocolate, cranberries, coconut, and Rice Bubbles. Perfect for gifting and festive platters.
Ingredients
180 g Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, chopped
200 g white chocolate, chopped
100 g copha or 80 g unsalted butter
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup desiccated coconut
1 cup Rice Bubbles
Instructions
1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt Caramilk, white chocolate, and copha or butter until smooth.
3. Stir in cranberries, coconut, and Rice Bubbles.
4. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
5. Refrigerate until set.
6. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
Chill fully before slicing for clean cuts.
