Description
These White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie Bars are chewy, buttery, and loaded with creamy white chocolate chips and crunchy macadamia nuts. Easy to make in just 7 steps.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract.
4. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Mix into wet ingredients.
5. Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
6. Spread into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container up to 5 days. Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 2 months.
