Description
These White Chocolate Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies are chewy, buttery, and filled with the perfect balance of sweet white chocolate and tangy cranberries.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
5. Fold in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
6. Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
7. Cool on trays for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Chill dough for thicker cookies.
Store in airtight container for 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
