Description
Chewy white bean blondies made with peanut butter and chocolate chips for a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
1 can white beans
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare pan.
2. Blend beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add baking powder and salt.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Rinse beans well.
Blend very smooth.
Do not overbake.
Cool before slicing.
