Ingredients

1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
1. Bake the tart shell according to package instructions and let cool completely.
2. Beat together ricotta, mascarpone, and powdered sugar until creamy.
3. Mix in limoncello, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Spread the filling evenly into the tart shell.
5. Chill for 2–3 hours or until set.
