8 ounces (225 grams) cream cheese, at room temperature

2 1/2 cups (500 grams) granulated sugar

6 extra-large eggs, at room temperature

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

3 cups (375 grams) all-purpose flour, sifted

1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt or tube pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until creamy and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating for 5 more minutes until light and airy.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
