Ingredients

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1/4 cup coconut
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Cream butter and sugar
4. Add eggs and vanilla
5. Add milk
6. Combine dry and wet
7. Fold in fruit
8. Bake 35-40 minutes
Notes
Drain fruit well
Do not overmix
