Description
These rich, chewy Triple Chocolate Chip Fudge Squares are loaded with dark, milk, and white chocolate for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth dessert. A decadent treat for every chocolate lover!
Ingredients
¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup milk chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
Pinch of espresso powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and stir in brown sugar. Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and espresso powder.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in all chocolate chips.
5. Spread batter evenly into the pan and bake for 25–28 minutes, until center is just set.
6. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into squares.
Notes
For a deeper chocolate flavor, add a touch of espresso powder.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
