Description

These Tiramisu Overnight Oats are creamy, coffee-flavored, and taste just like the classic Italian dessert while delivering around 30g of protein per serving. They’re an easy make-ahead breakfast that’s perfect for meal prep, busy mornings, or a healthy sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, for topping (optional)

Dark chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, brewed espresso, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

2. Stir thoroughly until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

3. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

4. Before serving, stir the oats to loosen the texture if needed. Add a splash of milk if they are too thick.

5. Top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt for a mascarpone-inspired layer.

6. Dust generously with unsweetened cocoa powder and garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.

7. Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for the creamiest texture.

Adjust the sweetness to your taste with more or less maple syrup.

For a stronger coffee flavor, use a double shot of espresso.

Meal prep up to 4 jars at once for easy breakfasts throughout the week.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
