Ingredients
Cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
Mascarpone or cream cheese
Instant coffee (1 tsp)
Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Powdered sugar (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a mini muffin tin.
2. Scoop cookie dough into each cavity, pressing gently to form a cup shape.
3. Bake for 10โ12 minutes until golden. Let cool slightly.
4. Mix mascarpone (or cream cheese) with instant coffee and a little powdered sugar.
5. Spoon or pipe filling into cooled cookie cups.
6. Dust with cocoa powder and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra decadence, drizzle melted chocolate on top.
You can substitute espresso powder for instant coffee for a stronger flavor.
