Fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with creamy cheesecake — the best of both worlds in one dessert.
Ingredients
½ cup butter, melted
¾ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
8 oz cream cheese
â…“ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan.
2. Make brownie batter by mixing wet and dry ingredients.
3. Beat cheesecake ingredients until creamy.
4. Layer and swirl both batters.
5. Bake for 35–40 mins.
6. Cool and slice.
Notes
Don’t overmix the swirl for a marbled effect.
Chill before slicing for neat edges.
