Description
Healthy Sugar-Free Oat & Yogurt Cake made with bananas, oats and yogurt. No refined sugar and easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups oatmeal
1 plain yogurt
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend oats into flour.
3. Add yogurt, bananas, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Blend oats well.
Store in refrigerator.
Great for breakfast.
