Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp sweetener
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix almond flour, coconut oil, and sweetener
2. Press into pan
3. Mix coconut cream, coconut, sweetener, and vanilla
4. Spread over base
5. Chill 2โ3 hours
6. Slice and serve
Notes
Use thick coconut cream
Chill well before slicing
Adjust sweetness to taste
