Ingredients

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp sweetener

1 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup shredded coconut

2 tbsp sweetener

1 tsp vanilla


Instructions

1. Mix almond flour, coconut oil, and sweetener

2. Press into pan

3. Mix coconut cream, coconut, sweetener, and vanilla

4. Spread over base

5. Chill 2โ€“3 hours

6. Slice and serve

Notes

Use thick coconut cream

Chill well before slicing
