Ingredients

1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sweetener
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Combine wet ingredients
4. Mix batter and bake
5. Prepare coconut filling
6. Fill cupcakes and top

Use fine almond flour
Do not overbake
