Soft and creamy strawberries & cream baked oats that taste like cake. A healthy and delicious breakfast option.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1/2 cup strawberries
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Pour into baking dish.
3. Add strawberries.
4. Bake 20โ25 minutes.
5. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries.
Do not overbake.
Add cream swirl if desired.
