Description
Soft vanilla loaf cake that can also be made into marble cake. Buttery, fluffy, and easy to bake.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 170°C
2. Cream butter and sugar
3. Add eggs one at a time
4. Add milk and vanilla
5. Mix dry ingredients
6. Combine batter
7. Create marble swirl
8. Bake 45–55 minutes
9. Cool and slice

Use room temperature ingredients
Do not overmix
Cool before slicing
Can freeze slices
