Description

Soft Paratha for Chicken Rolls that is easy, fluffy, and perfect for wrapping chicken, paneer, or veggies.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour (Maida)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar (optional)

2 tbsp oil

3/4 cup warm water (as needed)

Oil or butter for cooking


Instructions

1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and oil in a bowl.

2. Gradually add warm water and knead to a soft dough.

3. Cover dough and let rest 20–30 minutes.

4. Divide dough into 6–8 balls and roll into circles.

5. Cook on hot skillet, brushing with oil or butter, until golden.

6. Stack and cover to keep warm and soft.

Notes

Use warm water for soft dough.

Do not overcook.

Cover stacked parathas to keep soft.

Add yogurt for extra softness.
