Description

This Soft Maple Apple Oat Breakfast Bake is warm, cozy, and naturally sweet with baked apples and maple syrup.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups rolled oats

2 apples, diced

2 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease baking dish.

2. Whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

3. Add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

4. Fold in diced apples.

5. Pour into baking dish.

6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.

7. Cool and slice into squares.

Notes

Best served warm with maple drizzle.

Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.

Store refrigerated for meal prep.
