Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch skillet.
2. Melt chocolate chips with butter over low heat until smooth.
3. Whisk sugar and eggs until frothy; stir in vanilla.
4. Combine melted chocolate mixture with sugar-egg mixture.
5. Fold in flour and salt; do not overmix.
6. Pour batter into skillet and bake 25-30 minutes until edges set but center soft.
7. Cool 10 minutes; serve warm with ice cream or enjoy as-is.
