Description
Fudgy chocolate peanut butter cottage cheese brownies packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor. Easy and flourless.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan.
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
3. Mix cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Pour batter into pan.
7. Bake 22–26 minutes.
8. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese well.
Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
Brownies firm up as they cool.
