Description
Soft and fluffy cottage cheese buns made with almond flour and packed with protein.
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups almond flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Optional sesame seeds or everything seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C
2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth
3. Mix all ingredients into dough
4. Shape dough into 8 buns
5. Place on lined baking sheet
6. Add optional toppings
7. Bake 20-25 minutes
8. Cool slightly before serving
