Ingredients
ยฝ cup pumpkin puree
ยฝ cup peanut butter
โ cup Greek yogurt
ยผ cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
ยฝ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
ยผ cup oat flour or almond flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
ยฝ tsp baking soda
ยผ tsp salt
ยผ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and line an 8ร8-inch baking pan with parchment.
2. Whisk pumpkin puree, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla.
3. Add cocoa, flour, spice, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Bake 18โ22 minutes until crackled on top.
6. Cool fully before slicing.
Notes
For extra crackle, sprinkle chocolate chips on top before baking.
Chill before slicing for fudgier brownies.
