These pumpkin peanut butter brownies are fudgy, naturally sweetened, and perfect for fall baking. A healthier dessert everyone loves.
Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch pan.
2. Mix pumpkin purée, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Stir in dry ingredients until smooth.
4. Spread batter evenly in pan.
5. Bake 22–26 minutes until set.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Store chilled for extra fudgy texture.
