Ingredients
200 g pumpkin purée
150 g cream cheese
80 g oat flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix pumpkin purée and oat flour until smooth.
3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sweetener if desired.
4. Spread pumpkin mixture in pan, dollop cream cheese on top, and swirl.
5. Bake 25–30 minutes, until set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Optional: Add cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin spice blend for extra flavor. These bars taste even better the next day!
