A moist pistachio date walnut loaf that is naturally sweet, nutty, and bakery-style delicious.
Ingredients

1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 cup walnuts
2 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare loaf pan.
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Fold in nuts and dates.
5. Bake for 45โ55 minutes.
6. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Soak dates if needed. Toast nuts for deeper flavor. Do not overmix batter.
