Description
This Pineapple Cream Cheese Cobbler is a tropical twist on a Southern classic—sweet pineapple chunks meet creamy cheesecake pockets, all under a golden buttery crust.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 baking dish.
2. Beat softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and remaining sugar. Stir in butter and milk until smooth.
4. Pour batter into dish, add pineapple chunks, and dollop cream cheese mixture.
5. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Drain canned pineapple well if using.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for best results.
