Description
Pineapple Coconut Delight is a creamy no-bake tropical dessert made with cream cheese, crushed pineapple, whipped topping, and coconut in a graham cracker crust. Ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
1 prepared graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
20 oz crushed pineapple, well drained
8 oz whipped topping
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Optional toasted coconut for garnish
Instructions
1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.
3. Drain pineapple thoroughly and fold into mixture.
4. Fold in shredded coconut.
5. Gently fold in whipped topping.
6. Spread mixture into graham cracker crust.
7. Sprinkle extra coconut on top if desired.
8. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Drain pineapple very well to prevent watery texture.
Chill fully before slicing for clean cuts.
Store covered in refrigerator up to 4 days.
