These Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pecan Pie Brownies combine rich, fudgy chocolate with a gooey, buttery pecan pie topping. Perfect for holidays or any cozy dessert craving!
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs (for pecan layer)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.
3. Spread batter in pan and bake for 25 minutes.
4. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and pecans for the topping.
5. Pour pecan mixture over brownies and bake another 25–30 minutes.
6. Cool completely, slice, and serve.
Notes
Cool completely before slicing for neat layers.
Toast the pecans for extra depth of flavor.
