Description

Rich and gooey pecan pie brownie bombs filled with caramel, pecans, and chocolate chips. Perfect for holidays and dessert trays.


Ingredients

Scale

1 box brownie mix

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup caramel sauce

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional)


Instructions

1. Prepare and bake brownies according to box instructions.

2. Let brownies cool completely.

3. Mix pecans, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and vanilla.

4. Crumble brownies into a bowl.

5. Flatten brownie crumbs, add pecan filling, and roll into balls.

6. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

7. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate before serving.

Notes

Make sure brownies are fully cooled before rolling.

Refrigerate mixture if too sticky.

Can be dipped in melted chocolate.

Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
