Description
This no-bake Peanut Butter Twix Pie features a buttery shortbread crust, ultra-creamy peanut butter filling, and silky chocolate topping.
Ingredients
2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Mix shortbread crumbs with melted butter and press into pie pan. Chill 30 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust. Chill 1 hour.
4. Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
5. Pour chocolate over peanut butter layer and refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
Notes
Chill each layer fully for best slicing.
Use full-fat cream cheese for creamy texture.
Warm knife before slicing for clean layers.
