These 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies are rich, fudgy, and filled with creamy peanut butter ribbons. Easy to make, quick to bake, and perfect for any chocolate lover!
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk melted butter and sugar together until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time and mix until combined.
4. Fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
5. Spread batter into pan and top with spoonfuls of warmed peanut butter.
6. Swirl gently with a knife and bake 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For dairy-free, use coconut oil instead of butter. For gluten-free, use 1:1 gluten-free flour.
