Description
Soft peanut butter sandwich cookies filled with marshmallow fluff, melted chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp heavy cream
4 graham crackers, crushed
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars
3. Add egg and vanilla
4. Mix in dry ingredients
5. Shape and bake cookies
6. Prepare chocolate filling
7. Assemble sandwich cookies with marshmallow fluff and chocolate
8. Serve and enjoy
