Fudgy, protein-packed, and chocolatey — these Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Double Chocolate Chip Cake Triangles are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Ingredients
1 mashed banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (optional)
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mash banana, then mix in Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; fold until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
6. Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
7. Cool completely and cut into triangles.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
Do not overbake — you want the triangles fudgy in the center.
Optional add-ins: walnuts, extra chocolate chips, or coconut flakes.
