Description
Soft peanut butter cookies made with Greek yogurt and filled with a gooey chocolate center.
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
Dark chocolate squares
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare tray.
2. Mix peanut butter, yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla.
3. Add baking soda and salt.
4. Form dough balls and insert chocolate center.
5. Seal and place on tray.
6. Bake 10–12 minutes.
7. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Use thick yogurt.
Seal chocolate well.
Best served warm.
