Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
3. Add oat flour and baking powder; stir until dough forms.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Spread dough into skillet and bake 12–14 minutes.
6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use creamy natural peanut butter for best texture.
Do not overbake — the center should stay soft and gooey!
