These Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Chocolate Brownie Tarts are fudgy, rich, and naturally sweetened with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
2. Whisk together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey/maple syrup, and egg until smooth.
3. Stir in oat flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
4. Spoon batter into muffin cups.
5. Bake 15–18 minutes, until tops are set but soft inside.
6. Cool, then drizzle or fill with melted dark chocolate.
Notes
You can substitute almond flour for oat flour.
Make them vegan by using a flax egg and dairy-free yogurt.
Store in the fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months.
