Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
2. Whisk Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, oat flour, and baking powder; mix until combined.
4. Spoon into muffin cups, add a swirl of peanut butter, and bake 18–20 minutes.
Notes
