Description
Decadent, fudgy Milk Chocolate & Peanut Butter Ganache Brownies with a silky peanut butter topping. Perfect for dessert lovers!
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 ½ cups milk chocolate, chopped
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13 pan with parchment.
2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs and vanilla.
3. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt; fold into wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Spread into pan and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
5. Heat cream until steaming; stir in peanut butter and chopped chocolate until smooth.
6. Spread ganache over cooled brownies. Chill 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
For best results, chill brownies before slicing. Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top for extra flavor!
