Description
This Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is gooey, rich, and loaded with melty chocolate chips. A perfect dessert for any peanut butter lover.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until smooth.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
4. Fold in flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Stir in chocolate chips and spread mixture into dish.
6. Bake 28–32 minutes or until golden and set at edges.
7. Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream or drizzle of chocolate.
Store covered for up to 5 days or freeze slices up to 3 months.
