Soft, chewy Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites loaded with peanut butter cups and chocolate chips. The ultimate bite-sized treat for any occasion!
Ingredients
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
½ cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
½ cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup (180g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (150g) Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
1. Cream butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
4. Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden.
6. Cool before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
Chill the dough for 20 minutes if you want bakery-style thick cookies.
Swap Reese’s cups for M&M’s for a fun twist.
Freeze dough balls for quick-bake cookies later.
