Description
Thick peanut butter cookies loaded with crunchy Butterfinger candy pieces.
Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
16 oz Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter
3. Add egg and vanilla
4. Mix in dry ingredients
5. Fold in Butterfinger pieces
6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets
7. Bake 10-12 minutes
8. Cool slightly before serving
Notes
Do not overbake
Chill dough for thicker cookies
Add extra candy pieces on top
