Description
This Peanut Butter Apple Banana Bread is moist, nutty, and naturally sweetened with bananas, apple, and honey. Perfect for breakfast or snacking!
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 medium apple, grated
½ cup peanut butter (unsweetened)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups whole wheat or all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with apple, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
5. Pour into loaf pan and bake 45–55 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
Swap honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
