Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oat flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp orange zest
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Whisk wet ingredients
3. Add dry ingredients
4. Pour batter into pan
5. Bake 25-30 minutes
6. Cool before slicing

Use fresh orange zest
Do not overmix
