Description
This orange honey yogurt cake is flourless, naturally sweetened, and incredibly light and creamy. A simple dessert bursting with fresh citrus flavor and soft texture.
Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt
3 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Whisk yogurt, eggs, honey, orange juice, zest, vanilla, and salt.
3. Add cornstarch and mix until smooth.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake 40–45 minutes until set.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
Let cake cool fully to set texture.
Do not overbake for creamy consistency.
