Description
Healthy oat chocolate cake with soft texture and melting chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 cups oats
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Blend oats and wet ingredients.
3. Add baking powder and soda.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour into pan.
6. Bake 35–40 minutes.
7. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
Use good cocoa powder.
Add extra chocolate chips on top.
