A soft and naturally sweet blueberry mug muffin made in the microwave with banana and oats.
Ingredients
Scale
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Mash banana in mug
2. Mix in oats, applesauce, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon
3. Fold in blueberries
4. Microwave 90 seconds to 2 minutes
5. Cool slightly before serving
