Description
No sugar apple pie baked oats that are soft, warm, and naturally sweet. A healthy breakfast that tastes like dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients except apples.
2. Pour into baking dish.
3. Add chopped apples.
4. Bake 20โ25 minutes.
5. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
Use sweet apples.
Do not overbake.
Serve warm with yogurt.
