Description
Elegant flourless pistachio cardamom cake that is soft, moist, and full of rich nutty flavor.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups ground pistachios
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare pan.
2. Grind pistachios finely.
3. Whisk eggs and sugar.
4. Add yogurt and vanilla.
5. Mix in pistachios and dry ingredients.
6. Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
7. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use fresh pistachios.
Do not overbake.
Let cool before slicing.
Add rose water for extra flavor.
